Menu Settings - Load Theme

This menuitem causes a window to appear in which you can select a theme
to load.  What is affected by the theme can be selected by enabling the
appropriate options:

  Apply palette and pen settings
  Apply font settings
  Apply background picture settings
  Apply sound settings
